Each year, Trisha offers two 8-week courses in intuition development at Institute NHC, a natural healing school in Montreal.

In her courses, she helps students define and identify the intuitive process through the different channels of receptivity (physical feelings pictures, thoughts and ideas, sound, color, etc...). She helps the development of grounding, focus and receptivity through simple meditation tools. Students also explore topics concerned with the intuitive process:
